How to make your event happen:

Contact Alicia Quibodeaux or Kimberly LeMaire at the restaurant. If they are not available you can speak to any manager on duty.

Event room reservations are limited to 4 hours or until 12:00 midnight. For functions exceeding this time period a $200 per hour charge applies. For catered functions (receptions, engagement parties, birthday parties, etc.) which require catered finger foods, a $200 rental fee applies. Minimum of $12 per person or $500 finger food purchase for all catered functions. Service charges for these types of functions will be a minimun of $75 per server for 75 people; for larger parties an additional server will be recommended for an additional fee. Any extra gratuity can be given at the customers' discretion.

 

We require a $25 cake charge for all cakes brought in. With this charge RiverFront will provide plates, forks, and napkins. Serving cake is not included in this charge. For double event functions (wedding and reception) an additional $100 fee is applied. Rental fees include room set-up and clean-up, tables, chairs, and white linen tablecloths for these functions. Rental fee does not include RiverFront decorating services.

Florist and wedding coordinators are expected to clean up workspace prior to arrival of guests. The use of nails, staples, thumbtacks, or masking tape on wall is not allowed. Non-compliance will result in loss of deposit.

 

Off-Site Catering

$100 refundable deposit required for off-site services. For events that require the use of our warming equipment and food set-up, a $200 set-up fee is applied. For events that require only delivery of finger foods and do not require the use of our equipment a $50 delivery fee applies within 30 miles. A signature is required from the party host on the inventory list of all RiverFront property. Missing inventory will result in loss of deposit.
